 THE FIRST INGREDIENT The first ingredient in all bakes is butter. The most basic ingredient for all cakes, cookies, pastry dough, etc. In this blog I will be telling you a few types of butters, the optimum temperature, its texture and a lot more. I also have shared a few links of butters which you can get.  CAKE Cake is something everybody loves. All weddings and birthdays are unimaginable without cake. So the main ingredient going in cake should be absolutely perfect for a luscious cake. This is something I have learnt over the past few years, always use unsalted butter and add a pinch of salt (or as per requirement) unless the recipe you are using asks for salted butter. Now, there is no specific reason for this it just depends on preference but this is what I do because I feel the best bakes are with unsalted butter.
